8

with your car we will have to adjust your drive.

~lR. HUNT: So you will make every effort to keep the
boulevard trees.

MR. HONCHELL: Yes, with the sidewalk we propose to be on the
south side so it would not impinge on the trees.

MR. PAUL BREDOW, 1533 County Road C-2: I have the lot at
the corner. I have a couple of questions. You have indicated
the state part of the project hasn't been drawn completely, but I
assume since (inaudible) the service station disappeared, they're
planning to go ahead with it.

MR. HONCHELL: They're proposing their bid letting in late
Mayor early June.

MR. BREDOW: Will there be an opportunity for - I think that
state project goes up to my mailbox - will we have an opportunity
to see what they're planning on doing?

MR. HONCHELL: It's our plan to have another meeting at the
time those plans are available and when they finish them we would
be having a meeting at the City Hall and contacting the people
along C-2 that it affects.

MR. BREDOW: Are you assuming they will be ready to go ahead
this construction season?

MR. HONCHELL: They are almost guaranteeing us.

MR. BREDOW: You have mentioned that C-2 is fairly flat.
Will there be any major change in elevation to get some drainage,
or how do you propose to handle that?

MR. HONCHELL: Because C-2 is so flat and over its length
it's hard to explain to some of the laymen, but the only change
is something like four tenths percent which to some of you means
it's extremely flat. What we've proposing to do is have some minor
depressions about each block. In other words, we would put some
small dips maybe a foot, and raise it back up again (inaudible)
and at the speeds people will be traveling (inaudible) we propose
to have enough slope so we can collect it in a series of basins
that you see laid out there. (inaudible) we could get the water
to drain to these basins by inducing some minor slopes.

MR. BREDOW: It will be minor.

t1R. HONCHELL: We're talking about six-tenths slope.

MR. BREDOW: With the parking on one side - and I don't know -
did I hear which side?

MR. HONCHELL: You didn't hear it. Our recommendation is to
