At some of the pr~vious hearings there has been talk of traffic and speed, and I guess many of us have the concern if that's ever made nice and smooth we don't know what's going to happen (inaudible) I'm glad the state hasn't come out and made a speed count because most likely it would be zoned at 50, but I' guess when it's up-graded I think this is something we will have to take a look at and I guess maybe because somebody knocked my mailbox down a week ago - the Post Office Department didn't get a letter to me, but I guess I'm not sure on this driveway on the type of driveway - I guess mine is kind of a low grade mud now and I presume that maybe I'll get something better. MR. MYRON RAAS, 2947 Asbury: Why are those three parcels on Arona missing? MR. HONCHELL: The northern three? That little chunk that's out? MR. RAAS: Yes. MR. HONCHELL: Those lots drain northerly rather than southerly and since they would not be contributing water that reaches to C-2 they would not be part of the system. MR. RAAS: It drains north and goes down Lydia and then comes down (inaudible). MR. HONCHELL: Our investigation is that Lydia water is not getting to C-2.
