6

MR. HONCHELL: We will have that checked.

MR. JOSEPH MERTESDORF , 2599 North Lexington: I see I'm
going to be assessed for some of that too.

MR. HONCHELL: 2599? Yes. Part of your property, our
investigations show, drains to the west and reaches the pond.

MR.
the west.

MERTESDORFI don't think there's much draining to
Most of it is draining the other direction - I mean east.

MR. HONCHELL: When Mr. Kluzar did put his drainage in that
area, it's at least my recollection that from that area where
the line is generally it does drain toward the pond. We will be
happy to, if the project proceeds, when we get into the field
in the summer we will verify just which way it does run. If
it doesn't run to the pond you wouldn't be contributing water
and shouldn't be assessed.

MR. MERTESDORF (Inaudible) and if you would run into
the other pond (inaudible) lot of times they get dry and if they
get soaked for two or three days a lot of water will be absorbed
and naturally if you get a heavy rain (inaudible). I think I have
seen as much in Central Park as I ever saw in my life. I saw
it come up from the diamond park in the front when it went clear
across County Road C so there was a tremendous amount of water
around. I don't think we will see it that way often.

HR. HONCHELL: I hope not. And again, I would say those
owners that are adjacent to that easterly pond, if you wish to
talk to your neighbors and contact us we would be very happy to
consider at least diverting that water into that pond from the
overflow. The thing to remember is when the overflow is actually
getting water out of it is probably when the other one will probably
have a lot of water, but I guess that's a decision that I guess
we're happy to let the home owners be a party to.

FROM THE AUDIENCE: There is a consideration (inaudible) must
be accepted by the overflow that-is presently installed, otherwise
it will be running down Oakcrest to Central Park so what they
consider maximum rainfall or flood conditions, you might say, that
catch basin would have to accept that. If you didn't - if you
by-passed that present catch basin and went directly into that
storm sewer that goes along the east side of the pord or the back
lots - back of the lots on Dunlap Street, you'd have to make
another entrance into the storm sewer and, by the way, how big is
that storm sewer there?

MR. HONCHELL: The one that continues on to the east?

FROM THE AUDIENCE: It goes across the back end of the Dunlap
lots. Probably isn't too big. It was installed before I bought
the property.
