<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 9th day <br /> <br />of April, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Anderson and Franke; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br />Resolution No. 6803 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />ON IMPROVEl1ENT SS-W-P-78-31 <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br />on January 22, 1979, the City Public Horks Director has prepared <br />plans and specifications for Impro~cment SS-W-P-78-3l and has <br /> <br />presented such plans and specifications to the Council for <br /> <br />approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br /> <br />rUNNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager shall prepare and e~use to be inserted <br />in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the Construc- <br />tion Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of <br />such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement for <br />Improvement SS-t'l-P-78-3l shall be published as required by law, <br />
