<br />shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids on the <br />basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state that the bids <br />will be received by the City Manager and Public Works Director <br />until 10:30 o'clock n.m. on May 2, 1979, at which time they will <br />be publicly opened in the City Hall by the City ~lanager and City <br />Public Works Director, will then be tabulated, and will be con- <br />sidered by the Council at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on May 14, 1979, <br />in the Council Chambers and that no bids will be considered <br />unless sealed and filed with the Manager and accompanied by a <br />cash deposit, certified check or bid bond payable to the Manager <br />for ten percent of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; and the <br /> <br />following voted against the same: None; whereupon said resolu- <br /> <br />tion was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
