21 Ayes: 6 <br /> 922 Nays: 1 (Gisselquist) <br /> 923 Motion carried. <br /> 924 Member Boerigter moved, seconded by Member Doherty to RECOMMEND APPROVAL <br /> 925 of the AMENDMENT TO THE OFFICIAL ROSEVILLE ZONING MAP dated May 2010, <br /> 926 rezoning all property in Roseville as proposed and as detailed in the Request for Planning <br /> 927 Commission Action dated June 2, 2010; with the exception of those two (2) previously <br /> 928 identified areas, inclusive of three (3) parcels addressed in the previous motion. <br /> 929 Ayes: 7 <br /> 930 Nays: 0 <br /> 931 Motion carried. <br /> 932 For the public's information, Mr. Paschke advised that no specific date had been set for this item <br /> 933 to be heard by the City Council, but anticipated that it would be end of June or first part of July; <br /> 934 with the docket listing it as a Zoning Map Amendment for discussion purposes only, not for <br /> 935 action at that first meeting; action would be deferred until all Zoning Districts on the map had <br /> 936 gone through their respective process and been ratified. <br /> 937 b. PROJECT FILE 0017 <br /> 938 Request by the Roseville Planning Division Adopting new regulations for Title 10, Zoning <br /> 0 939 Regulations, pertaining to the RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS <br /> 940 Chair Doherty noted the lateness of the hour, and recommended that this item be continued to a <br /> 941 future meeting to allow for timely hearing of public comment and sufficient and lucid discussion <br /> 942 by Commissioners. However, since there were citizens in the audience prepared to speak tonight, <br /> 943 the Chair proposed that those citizens be heard at this time, with Commissioners concurring with <br /> 944 both recommendations of the Chair. <br /> 945 Commissioner Boerigter suggested that citizens provide their comments and /or concerns in <br /> 946 writing to staff for forwarding to the Commission prior to the July meeting, allowing a better <br /> 947 understanding of the various issues consisting of technical points. <br /> 948 Chair Doherty concurred with that suggestion. <br /> 949 Chair Doherty opened the Public Hearing for PROJECT FILE 0017 at 10:25 p.m. <br /> 950 Prior to taking public comment and at the request of Chair Doherty, City Planner Thomas <br /> 951 Paschke briefly reviewed this request and recommended approval of the proposed new text for all <br /> 952 Residential Districts in the City of Roseville, adopting new regulations for Title 10, Zoning <br /> 953 Regulations, pertaining to all RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, as detailed in the Request for <br /> 954 Planning Commission Action dated June 2, 2010. <br /> 955 <br /> .56 <br />
