<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />of City of Rosevi11e <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: April 23, 1979 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall <br />on Monday, the 23rd day of April, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor I:6IDs, Council.Iren <br />Curley, Anderson, Kehr and Franke <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Franke <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 6809 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEHl:,"'1-TT NO. SS-N-P-ST-Sl'l-79..4 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted April 9, 1979, the Council has <br />directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including <br />all that property abutting Snelling frontage road on the east <br />side of Snelling Avenue from Lydia Avenue south to a point <br />1200 feet north of County Road C, also known as parcel numbers <br />79-00300-040-55 and 79-00300-060-55, Rosette Addition, Blocks <br />1 and 2, Roseville Terrace Plat 1 Lots 13 through 23, Block 1; <br />and also two lots known as Rosevi11e Terrace Plat 1, Lots 3 <br />and 4, Block 2, in conjunction with the State of Minnesota, by <br />the installation of sanitary sewer service, water service, <br />concrete curb and gutter, bituminous paVing, storm sewer, <br />sidewalk and necessary appurtenances. The Public Works Director <br />was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost <br />of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement <br />should best be made as proposed or in connection with some <br />other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate <br />have been submitted and considered by the Council and are <br />hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office <br />of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in <br />the general manner set forth in the report is designated as <br />Improvement No. SS-N-P-ST-SW-79-4. <br />
