The general nature, estimated cost and area proposed <br />to be assessed for Improvement No. SS-N-P-ST-SW-79-4 are <br />determined to be as stated in the foregoing notice, as fully as <br />though the same were separately set forth and resolved herein. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Curley <br /> <br />, and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the fOllowing voted in favor thereof: all present <br />and the following voted against the same: NOne <br />whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
