NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEHENT NO. SS-N-P-ST-SW-79-4 CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the 21st day of May, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-SW-79-4, including all that property abutting Snelling frontage road on the east side of Snelling Avenue from Lydia Avenue south to a point 1200 feet north of County Road C, also known as parcel numbers 79-00300-040-55 and 79-00300-060-55, Rosette Addition, Blocks 1 and 2; Roseville Terrace Plat 1 Lots 13 through 23, Block 1; and also two lots known as Rose- ville Terrace Plat 1, Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, in conjunction with the State of Minnesota, by the installation of sanitary sewer service, water service, concrete curb and gutter, bitumi- nous paving, storm sewer, sidewalk and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a prelimi- nary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $420,600.00, of which Roseville's share will be $83,160.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement shall be the following: Parcel numbers 79-00300-040-55 and 79-00300-060-55, Rosette Addition, Blocks 1 and 2; Roseville Terrace Plat 1 Lots 13 through 23, Block 1; and also two lots known as Roseville Terrace Plat l, Lots 3 and 4, Block 2. All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place stated above.
