4

MAYOR DEMOS: Do you have any written statements?

MR. ANDRE: We have received no statements from any offue
affected citizens.

MAYOR DEMOS: At this time I will open the hearing to the
public, and ask that each speaker come to the microphone, give
his or her name and address, and the street address of the
property to which you're referring.

MRS. LA DINE LINDBERG, 2850 North Snelling: Do you get
assessed for sewer - and why do you want storm sewer. I was
assessed.

MAYOR DEMOS: Have you been assessed before?

MR. HONCHELL: Our records don't indicate that, but we would
be willing to confirm that.

MR. DOUG STRONG, Public Works Department: That could be
the sanitary sewer.

MRS. LINDBERG: We have sewer and we have been assessed for
storm sewer.

MR. STRONG: We don't have storm sewer so there wouldn't have
been a storm sewer.

MRS. LINDBERG: We're paying $500.00. We have been paying
for quite a few years. They drew us in when they had a meeting
at Rosedale for storm sewer (inaudible) that property where the
housing is.

MR. STRONG: We can check it out.

MR. ANDRE: But you would not be assessed twice, I can
assure you of ~hat.

MRS. LINDBERG: We have been paying for it, but I know the
whole Gluek property where the housing property is and us and
across the street was assessed all in one area.

MAYOR DEMOS: She's on Snelling Avenue.

MR. STRONG: I thought you were the two on the road. You
were assessed. You're not included for the storm sewer.

MRS. LINDBERG: I'm in the brown area.

MR. STRONG: That's for the sidewalk. She was assessed for
storm sewer.
