In other words, we're not talking <br />about this August, but a year from August, am I right? <br /> <br />MR. ANDRE: Yes. <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: So at that time, if you feel there's no <br />benefit - if they can't possibly have access to your property <br />through that sidewalk - that there's no one walking around, it <br />would be up to you to present your case at that time. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson then introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 68lS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-SW-79-4 <br />UNDER AND PURS UANT <br />TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. <br />SS-W-P-ST-SW-79-4 , including all that property abutting Snelling <br />frontage road on the east side of Snelling Avenue from Lydia Avenue <br />South to a point 1200 feet north of County Road C, also known as <br />parcel numbers 79-00300-040-55 and 79-00300-060-55, Rosette <br />Addition, Blocks I and 2; Roseville Terrace Plat 1, Lots 13 through <br />23, Block I; and also two lots known as Roseville Terrace Plat I, <br />Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, in conjunction with the State of Minnesota, <br />by the installation of sanitary sewer service, water service, <br />concrete curb and gutter, bituminous paving, storm sewer, side- <br />walk and necessary appurtenances, as described in the Notice of <br />Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $420,600, of which <br />Roseville's share will be $83,160.00, and substantially in <br />accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof <br />which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; and <br />having considered the views of all interested persons and being fully <br />advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order <br />that said improvement shall be constructed and financed, and <br />special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said <br />Chapter 429, and. that the area proposed to be assessed therefor <br />shall include the property as described in the Notice of Hearing. <br />The City Public Works Director is directed to prepare and submit <br />to the Council the final plans and specifications. <br />
