<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Rosev1lle <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the C1 ty Council of the C1 ty of Roseville, Io1innesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 21st <br />day of May, 1979, at 7:30 o'olock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr and Anderson; and the following was <br />absent: Councilman Franke. <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the followinq resolution: <br />Resolution No. 6820 <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO.
