<br />'nIEREAS, it appears that C. s. acCrossan of Osseo, <br />Mbmesota is the lowest responsible bidder at the <br />tabulated price of $153,367.20. <br />NOH, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, runnesota: <br />1. The Hayor and Hanager are hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into a contract with C. S. McCrossan for <br />$153,367.20 in the name of the City of Rosevi1le for the above <br />improvement according to the plans and specifications thereof <br />heretofore approved by the Ci ty Council and on file in the <br />office of the City Manager. <br />2. The City r.1anager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their <br />bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next <br />lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been <br />signed. <br />The motion was seconded by Coun~il~~n ~ehr, and upon vote <br />being tal~cn thereon, the follo~'Ting votec1 in favor thereof: All; <br />and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon <br />said resolution was declared duly passed and ado?ted. <br />
