Extract of liinutes of ileeting of City Council of City of Roseville Ramsey County, rlinnesota Held: June 25, 1979 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on lronday, the 25th day of June, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The follo,.Ting members ,',Tere present: Acting Hayor Curley and Councilmen Franke, Anderson and Kehr1 and the following ~Tas absent: Hayor Demos. Councilman Franke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6828 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IHPROVE~1ENT NO. ST-P-79-12 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follm'ls: 1. By resolution adopted Hay 14, 1979, the Council has directed the City consulting engineers to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement generally il1~le area of Lexington Avenue from Noodhill to 300 feet, more or less, north oi ~ose~hine Road, and County Road C-2 from Lexington to Oxford by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb a~d gutter and necessary appurtenances, and also consisting of storm sat:er and necessary appurtenances generally in the ar~~ ~otmded by v~odhill un the south, 300 feet more or less north of Josephine Road on the north, Griyg~ Street on the ''lest, and Aglen Avenue on the east, to be constrnctel'l in con- junction with the County of Ramsey. The consulting enoineers were also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improV6ITlent and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City IIanager. The improvement propo3ed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Imr.>rovernent No. ST-P-79-12.
