NOTICE OF HEARING ON IHPROVErlENT NO. ST-P-79-12 CITY OF ROSEVILLE, rIHll\}ESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Roseville, ainnesota, ,,,ill meet at the Ci ty Hall, 2660 Ci vie Center Drive, in said City, on the 23rd day of July, 1979, at 7: 30 0' clock p. m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to !1innesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. ST-P-79-12, generally in the area of Lexington Avenue from tToodhill to 300 feet, more or less, nortil of Josephine Road, and County Road C-2 from Lexington to Oxford by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, and also consisting of storm sewer and necessary appurtenances generally in the area bounded by Hoodhill on the SOUtil~ 300 feet more or less north of Josephine Road on the north, Griggs Street on the west, and Aglen Avenue on the east, to be constructed in conjunction with the County of Ramsey. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a prelimi- nary engineering report \'lhich is nOh' on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $406,533.00, of ~nlich the City of Rosevil1e's share is estimated to be $222,130.00.
