Response 1 X X Y X Y N This luxury of under grounding the overhead utilities, is unnecessary and burdensome to impose more financial stress to those who are going to be assessed for the Dale Street project and to those through out the city of Roseville whom are already in economic financial jeopardy or hardship. Hope that we have several ways to pay for the assessement. I live in Sleepy eye but my mother passed away and her condo is now mine and it is where i will retire. It is my opinion that this is not a necessary project and our time and resources could be better spent. Please reconsider.
