<br />Extract of 11inutes of Heeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, r1innesota <br /> <br />July 9, 1979 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, ~1innesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the City Hall in said City on Honday, the 9th day <br />of July, 1979, at 7~30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Hayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Kehr and Franke; and the follo,^Ting <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6834 <br /> <br />RESOLUTIOi~ ORDERING U1PROVEMENT NO. SS-~1-79-8 <br />PURSUANT TO PETITIOn DY <br />100% OF OWNERS OF hFF~C~~D PROPERTY <br /> <br />NlIEREAS, the City Council received a petition from all <br />owner~ of the real property of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Connelly <br /> <br />Aortition east of Alta Vista Drive, requesting that the City <br /> <br />install sanitary seHer, watermain and necessary appurtenances <br /> <br />at said location and requesting that the entire cost of said <br /> <br />improvement be assessed against their property, and <br /> <br />lvHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br />April 9, 1979, a report has been prepared by the City Public <br />Horks Director with reference to the improvement, and this <br /> <br />report was received by the Council on July 9, 1979. <br />
