A patron has the ability to make a trip to <br />this center and decide among tlle restaurant offerings before or after the show. <br />Theatres and restaurants are complimentary uses in the market. Moreover, <br />bookstores also perform well in the entertainment program as well as interactive <br />sporting goods sb�res; both provide appropriate venues for shopping before or after <br />a movie, similar to a restaurant. For a bookstore, a theatre provides "bmowsir�g <br />time"; while an interactive sporting goods store is also entertainmen� T�ken <br />collectively, these entertainment tenants are visible from the highway and are <br />recognizedas such by the customerspassing by this area The intentis to establish <br />this entire area as a group/entertainment zone; hence highway visibility is <br />importan� It is important to note that the entertainment zone creates additional trips <br />to the center from its customer l�. This experience might not include shopping <br />every time, but by offering a more complete array of experiences, we can offer the <br />consumer more reasar�s to visit this center. <br />In terms of design, this area, too, will be �ed�strian focused; the plaza, sidewalks, <br />store designs will a I I embody this chrectiaz. Agam, we wi I I utilize brick, stone and <br />canopies at the store entrances. In addition, we arc providing a drop-off area in <br />front of the theatre in order to facilitate our consumers' arrivaL The upper and <br />lower areas will have the same architecture and style. <br />And finally, as the �� agent for the owner, our (Jones Lang LaSalle's) role <br />in this project is to develop and deliver the project. We are responsible to <br />ownership to execute the collective teams' objectives to strengthen Rosedale Center <br />and provide a a more complete experience for the consumer.
