<br />��� Klausing moved, Maschka seconded, to adopt a resolution to
<br />approve the request of VUlliam Olson, 3188 West Owasso
<br />Boulevard, for a 19 foot variance to Section 703.04B1a of the
<br />Roseville City Code to allow an increase in the required driveway
<br />apron within a public right-of-way from 26 feet to 45 feet, and a
<br />five foot variance to Section 703.0489 of the Rosevills City Code
<br />to allow a driveway to exist on the property line and encroach
<br />into the required five foot side yard setback. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, Mastel, Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. Nays:
<br />none.
<br />�� Klausing moved, Maschka seconded, to adopt a resolution to
<br />deny the request by James Telstad for variances to Section
<br />1004.01A3 (Detached Accessory Building Size Limit), 1004.01A4
<br />(Requirementsfor Increasing MaximumSize), 1004.01A5
<br />(Overall Area), 1004.01A6 (Maximum Total Surface Area), and
<br />1004.01A8 (Minimum Setbacks) of the Roseville City Code,
<br />subject to the findings in Section 6 of the project report dated
<br />June 26, 2001. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Klausing,
<br />Maschka and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none.
<br />As noted above, there is an attached garage and two detached
<br />accessory buildings. The finro detached accessory buildings will
<br />remain pre-existing non-conforming uses in their current
<br />condition. Mr. Telstad may be able to obtain permits for safety
<br />and normal maintenance only, not expansion and/or
<br />intensification without variances.

<br />approve the request by John and Laurie Conway, 1803 Victoria
<br />Street, for a 14 foot variance to Section 1004.01 E of the
<br />Roseville City Code to allow a front yard setback encroachment
<br />to a distance 24 feet from the front property line, based on the
<br />findings in Section 3 and conditions of Section 4 of the project
<br />report dated June 26, 2001. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel,
<br />Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none.

<br />approve the City of Roseville Fire Department, 2335 Dale Street,
<br />request for an 8 foot comer side yard setback variance from

<br />Height, Frontage, Yard and Lot Area Requirements in R-1
<br />Districts) of the Roseville City Code to allow construction of a
<br />new 8 foot by 19 foot life safety exit stairwell, subject to the
<br />findings in Section 5 and conditionsA— D in Section 6.1 of the
