<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, to adopt a resolution to
<br />approve the variances requested by Perry Noland from
<br />applicable parking and paving setback requirementsfor his
<br />RosevilleAuto Repair Shop located at 2150 Hamline Avenue, as
<br />stated in the project report (dated 06/26/01) Section 3.6, in order
<br />to renovate the parking and landscaping on the site, based on
<br />the findings in Section 3 and with the conditions recommended in
<br />Section 6 of the project report; and further, providing for a finro
<br />foot parking setback on the south side, and allowing the
<br />landscape improvements to be completed after completion of the
