EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY O F ROSEVII_.LE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 20* day of December, 2004, at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. � <br />A RESOLUTION SUBMITTING THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORITY, IN AND FOR THE CTTY OF ROSEVII,LE, SPECIAL PROPERTY TAX <br />LEVY O N REAL ESTATE TO T HE RAM S E Y COUNTY AUDITOR FOR THE FISCAL <br />YEAR OF 2005 <br />NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville. <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br />The request of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority, in and for the City of <br />Roseville, for a special levy per Minnesota Statues Section 469.033, is hereby authorized in the <br />amount of $234,000 to be collected in 2005 for the purposes of Minnesota Statutes Section <br />469.001 to 469.047. <br />The motion for the adoption of the forgoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in fa�or: <br />and the followingvoted against: <br />
