<br /> <br />Community Development Department <br />651-792-7005fax: 651.792-7070 <br /> <br /> <br />December 7, 2005 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />Roseville Development Review <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the <br />Committee’s (DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Tuesday, December 13, at 3:30 p.m., in the <br />Roseville City Hall Aspen Room – adjacent to the Community Development Department. <br /> <br /> <br />Lance Lenarz, 927 Parker Avenue, 8 foot front yard setback <br />is seeking approval of an <br />permit <br />to allow for the construction of a new front porch. The required front yard setback on this <br />parcel is a minimum of 40 feet. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing or to comment at the above-mentioned hearing. Should you have any <br />comments or questions about this particular Setback Permit application, please feel free to attend <br />Tuesday, December 13, at 3:30 p.m. (Aspen Room) <br />the DRC’s Administrative Hearing on ; <br />you may call me at 651-792-7074; or you can e-mail me at thomas.paschke@ci.roseville.mn.us <br /> <br />Attached for your information is a copy of the application, and proposed plans.
