<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said city on Monday the 19th day <br /> <br />of November, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Curley and <br /> <br />Councilmen Franke, Kehr and Anderson; and the following was <br /> <br />absent: Mayor Demos. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6904 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-79-14 <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE READVERTISEMENT OF BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above <br /> <br />improvement, according to the plans and specifications thereof <br /> <br />on file in the office of the Manager of said city, said bids <br /> <br />were received on September 5, 1979, at 11:00 o'clock a. m., <br /> <br />opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were <br /> <br />received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount <br /> <br />Ro-So Contracting Company <br /> <br />$ 60,550.55 <br />
