<br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The construction bids for Improvement No. ST-79-l4 are <br />hereby rejected. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the Construction <br />Bulletin, a readvertisement for bids upon the making of heretofore <br />approved plans and specifications. The readvertisement for <br />Improvement No. ST-79-14 shall be published as required by law, <br />shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids on the <br />basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state that the bids <br />will ~e recEtv~dRP~t~Ctt~ Manager and Public Works Director <br />until urmg e ct~c1dCf{S c. ~'itt". s~cwo ,19 ,at which <br />time they will be publicly opened in the City Hall by the City <br />Manager and City Public Works Director, will then be tabulated, and <br />will subsequently be considered by the Council, and that no bids will <br />be considered unless sealed and filed with the Manager and accompanied <br />by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond payable to the Manager <br />for ten percent of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: All; and the following <br /> <br />voted against: None; whereupon said resolution was declared <br /> <br />duly passed and adopted. <br />
