Chair Delmore asked City staff to have cookies and juice available for students, teachers and <br />participants following their presentation. <br />Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day <br />Commissioner Venters presented a proposed article or "Letter to the Editor" from the HRC for <br />consideration by the Roseville Review. <br />Vice Chair Bosch said she had a sample for Commissioner Venters to consider. <br />City Manager Malinen said he had spoken to George Fairbanks of the Roseville Review, <br />regarding whether room could be reserved for HRC announcements or recognitions and noted <br />that Mr. Fairbanks had indicated his interest in providing such an opportunity. <br />Future Essay Assessments and Rankings <br />Vice Chair Bosch requested discussion at a future meeting on the essay contest process and <br />assessment criteria. Commissioners concurred. <br />Adjournment <br />Commissioner Venters moved and Commissioner McGehee seconded adjournment of the <br />meeting at 8:16 p.m. Motion carried 6/0. <br />
