HRA Meeting <br />Minutes – Tuesday, July 20, 2010 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br /> <br />Roseville, to be followed up with a simple general survey of participants to glean their <br />  <br />experience with the program. <br /> <br /> <br />  <br />Discussion included other energy programs and cooperative efforts with Xcel for qualified <br /> <br />households based on income guidelines; the desire to reach more than the eighty-three (83) <br /> <br />households; potential coordination by the HRA with Xcel Energy for live-time energy projects; <br /> <br />and the ability of the HRA to obtain from Xcel energy use information anonymously; <br /> <br />availability of several pilot programs comparing neighbors to neighbors on their energy bills; <br /> <br />and the HRA’s desire to hear a presentation on the pilot programs being offered. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Ms. Kelsey noted that the HRA currently distributed “Sixty ways to Reduce Energy Use” at <br /> <br />  <br />the annual Home and Garden Fair, as well as the City’s Welcome packets for new residents.; in <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />addition to other energy saving brochures provided by Xcel for distribution at workshops; at <br /> <br />  <br />City Hall; and other opportunities. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />11.
