For the HRA, our focus will be on the action steps on the “Not Yet” spreadsheet. Prior to
the meeting, the HRA should review the documentation and begin to rank the priorities of
the “Not Yet” action steps. In prioritizing the action steps, the HRA should use the same
ranking system as the City Council will be using.
The ranking system is as follows:
0 = not worth the investment
1 = very little value to the city
2 = minimal value
3 = slightly more than minimum value
4 = provides value
5 = moderate value
6 = slightly more than moderate value
7 = high value
8 = very high value to the city
9 = absolutely must undertake/highest priority
HRA members are free to identify additional action steps that would implement Imagine
Roseville 2025 goals.
Staff will be available to answers any questions you may have about the process or the
specific action steps at the meeting. Staff would request that each member provide their
individual ranking for each “Not Yet” action step (as well as any new action steps
identified) either at the meeting or soon after. The information will be tabulated and sent
forward to the City Council.
Suggested RHRA Action
2.0
The HRA should review the Imagine Roseville 2025 documents and rank each action step in
the “Not Yet” category and any new action steps identified at the meeting.
Prepared by: Patrick Trudgeon (792-7071)
A: Imagine Roseville 2025 Summary Document
߬¬¿½¸³»²¬æ
B: Imagine Roseville 2025 “Not Yet” Action Steps Spreadsheet
C: Imagine Roseville 2025 “On Going” Action Steps Spreadsheet
D: Imagine Roseville 2025 “In Process” Action Steps Spreadsheet
E: Imagine Roseville 2025 “Done” Action Steps Spreadsheet

Review of Imagine Roseville 2025 Action Steps - Page 2 of 2
