1.The RHRA has already created a branding of the Living Smarter and <br />has created a web page of www.livingsmarter.org. However in order <br />to protect the trade mark the RHRA would like the consultant to <br />service mark the logo. <br />2.Marketing recommendations including website layout of <br />www.livingsmarter.org strategy and search engine optimization, social <br />media marketing ideas, direct marketing, television, radio and print <br />advertising campaign, print collateral materials and public relations <br />efforts that will reinforce the branding. This will include the design <br />and copy work for each recommendation. <br />3.Implementation strategies including budgeted costs of each <br />recommendation, any possible outside of the RHRA funding sources <br />for each recommendation, responsible party to be charged with <br />carrying out the recommendation, and step-by-step instructions for the <br />implementation of each recommendation. A return on investment <br />measurement should be indentified for each strategy. <br />4.Recommendation for continued marketing strategy along with budget <br />and timeline (years) that would need to complete a successful <br />marketing campaign or continuation and maintenance of the campaign. <br />B.The selected consultant will present the Draft Plan to the RHRA Board at a <br />public meeting outlining each recommendation and rationale and will work <br />with the Staff to refine and reach agreement on the marketing campaign and <br />implementation. <br />C.Based upon direction with staff the consultant will refine draft plan and create <br />a final document of the scope of contract. <br />IV. FORM OF PROPOSAL <br /> The consultant proposal should include: <br />A proposed work program to respond to the scope of work in this RFP, <br />including showing the scheduling of various tasks and the related budget. <br />Name and title of individual who will be working on the project, including <br />support staff or outside contracted vendors. The proposal shall indentify <br />the consultant’s project lead/manager. Include brief resumes of key staff <br />persons. <br />The hours each individual is expected to work on the project and the <br />percentage of total for the project that time represents. <br />The names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses of clients <br />for whom the consultant has recently performed services including a <br />sample of the project delivered. <br />A not-to-exceed amount for the budget of the project, inclusive of travel, <br />and any out of pocket expenses. <br /> <br />
