PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND <br /> The purpose of this project is to create a marketing campaign, implementation <br /> plan and media buys focused on the benefits of our community to prospective <br /> residents, creating a positive image and service marking the words “Living <br /> Smarter”. The campaign should attract the local residents as well as potential <br /> home buyers in the metro area. <br /> The campaign should include at a minimum the following elements: <br />Full website design, content management system, search engine <br />optimization, and tracking <br />Social media advertising benefits.
