Announcements, Agenda Adjustments, Recognitions, Correspondence, and Comments <br /> <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />5.Community/Citizen Comments <br />  <br />None. <br /> <br /> <br />  <br />6.Consent Agenda <br />  <br />Executive Director Trudgeon briefly reviewed Consent Agenda items. <br />  <br />  <br />a. <br />Acceptance of HRC Monthly Reports for July and August 2010 <br />  <br />b. <br />Acceptance of Abatement Reports for July and August 2010 <br />  <br />c. <br />Approval of transfer of funds for financial fee per approved contract with the City of Roseville <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />for July, August, and September 2010 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />d. <br />Approval of transfer of funds for administrative and staff services fees per approved contract <br /> <br />  <br />for July, August, and September 2010 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />  <br />Motion: Member Majerus moved, seconded by Member Elkins to approve the Consent Agenda as <br /> <br /> <br />presented. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Ayes: 4 <br /> <br /> <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />7.Public Hearings <br />  <br />None. <br /> <br /> <br />  <br />8.Presentations <br />  <br />  <br />Xcel Energy Product Developer Nathan Kuso <br />(SP?) <br />  <br />Housing Coordinator Jeanne Kelsey introduced Mr. Kuso to provide an overview of some of <br />  <br />Xcel’s pilot programs. Mr. Kuso highlighted the “OPOWER” pilot project, originally founded in <br />  <br />2007, but launched as a pilot in December 2009 in Minneapolis, MN. The purpose of this <br /> <br /> <br />particular is to provide monitoring and comparison feedback information to certain neighborhoods . <br /> <br /> <br />attached hereto and made a part thereof. <br />A hard copy of the Power Point presentation is Mr. <br />  <br />Kuso noted that the program provided customized “Home Energy Reports” separate from the <br /> <br /> <br />customers’ utility bill, providing comparisons by mail or e-mail for comparisons among neighbors <br />  <br />to encourage them taking action and changing their behavior, including various action steps for <br /> <br />improvement. Mr. Kuso advised that results include broad customer engagement with over 75% <br /> <br />
