HRA Meeting <br />Minutes – Tuesday, January 19, 2010 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Trudgeon thanked this year’s sponsors for their commitment to making the event possible, <br />  <br />in spite of the economic situation. <br /> <br /> <br />  <br />Mr. Trudgeon distributed a sign up sheet for Board members to designate their preferred time <br /> <br />for manning the HRA booth. <br /> <br /> <br />b.2010 HRA Levy <br /> <br />Mr. Trudgeon advised that the City Council had approved the HRA levy as previously <br /> <br />requested and presented; and advised that staff anticipated having the 2009 final figures <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />available at the February HRA meeting. Mr. Trudgeon thanked Councilmember Pust for her <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />efforts in supporting the HRA at the City Council level, by justifying the needs presented by <br /> <br />  <br />the HRA, when competing against other levy needs and constraints. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />  <br />c.Board & Staff Reports <br /> <br /> <br />Chair Maschka advised that he and Member Masche (??) had been coordinating with several <br /> <br /> <br />other interested parties on a potential joint housing development project, and hoped to have <br /> <br /> <br />more information available for presentation to the HRA later this year. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />12.
