b. Materials in the pile shall be limited to the existing rubble, generated by the <br /> demolition of the former building on the property, and no new rubble shall be <br /> added to the pile; and <br /> c. This approval shall expire at the end of July 31, 2011 or upon the complete <br /> removal of the rubble material, whichever comes first. The property owner shall <br /> incur a fine of$500 for each day, or portion thereof, the rubble material remains <br /> on the property after July 31, 2011. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br /> Member Pust and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Willmus; Pust; <br /> McGehee; and Roe <br /> and none voted against. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
