Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council of City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota February 25, 1980 Pursuan~ ~o due-call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 25th day of February, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor DeIlDS, Counci1Iren Curley, Kehr, Anderson and Franke and the following were absent: None Councilman Franke introduced the lution and moved its adoption: . following reso- Resolution No. 6927 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-79-2 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted January 8, 1979, the Council has directed the City consulting engineer to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including all that property abutting Skillman Avenue from Fairview Avenue, east to Snelling Avenue, by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, and sanitary sewer replacement. The consulting engineer was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed.to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improve- ment No. P-79-2 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on March 10, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper Rose- ville Sun, which pUblications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. 3.
