<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-79-2 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota~ will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the lOth day of March, 1980, at <br />7:30 o'clock p. m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. P-79-2 including all that property abutting <br />Skillman Avenue from Fairview Avenue, east to Snelling Avenue, <br />by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter <br />and necessary appurtenances, and sanitary sewer replacement. <br />The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a <br />preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open <br />to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the ~mprovement is presently estimated at <br />$420,000.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting Skillman Avenue <br />from Fairview Avenue, east to Snelling Avenue <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: February 25, 1980 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
