<br />-2- <br /> <br />If a vacancy occurs because of resignation, death, moving from the <br />City, removal from office, ineligibility for reappointment, etc. on <br />any Rosevil1e Board, Commission or Committee, the Council shall <br />announce the vacancy and that applications will be accepted from all <br />interested citizens of Rosevi11e. <br /> <br />In making all appointments, Council members shall keep in mind the <br />need for women to serve Roseville Government and make a serious attempt <br />to increase their representation on its Boards, Commissions and Comm- <br />ittees. <br /> <br />In all such appointments, the most qualified person shall be appointed. <br /> <br />Members of all Boards, Commissions and Committees shall serve a maximum <br />of two full consecutive four-year terms or three full consecutive three <br />year terms. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of said resolution was duly seconded by <br />Member Franke and upon a vote being taken the following voted <br />in favor: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against.
