<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said <br />City on Monday, the 14th day of July, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock <br /> <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Kehr, Curley, Franke and Anderson; and the following <br /> <br />\'Tere absent: Hone. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 6966 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO I~WROVEMENT NO. P-77-3 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />P-77-3 of the City of Roseville in the general area of Merrill <br />Street from County Road C-2 to Fernwood; Fernwood from Merrill <br />street north approximately 100 feet and south approximately <br />100 feet, located in Belair Lake Josephine Plat No. 2 and <br />North Ridge Plat 4 by the installation of bituminous paving, <br />concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, and <br /> <br />liHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the <br />legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improve- <br />ment and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract <br />price for such improvement is $ 53 9~6. ~ and the other <br />expenses incurred or to be incurre~ 1n e making of said <br />improvement amount to $ ~6.494.99 so that the total cost <br />of the improvement will e $ 70 4?1 31 , and of this cost <br />the City will pay $ -0_ · as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br />
