<br />l. <br />to be $ <br /> <br />The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared <br />70.421.31 <br /> <br />2. The City Manager, together with the assistance of the <br />City Public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the proper <br />amount to be specially assessed for such work against every <br />assessable lot, 'piece or parcel of land within the improvement <br />affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by <br />law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in <br />his office for public inspection. The City l'1anager may <br />arrange for the assistance of the Data Processing Division of <br />the County of Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed assess- <br />ment roll. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager shall, upon comfletion of such pro- <br />posed assessment, notify the Council thereof for their further <br />action and for their setting of an assessment hearing therefor. <br /> <br />The motion for the ad0ption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr, and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; and the <br /> <br />following voted against the same: None 1 whereupon said <br /> <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
