Movement of sweeping vehicles,garbage trucks, <br /> maintenance trucks,shopping carts,and other service <br /> vehicles and equipment is prohibited during nighttime <br /> hours within 300 feet of a residential district,except <br /> for emergency vehicles and emergency utility or <br /> maintenance activities. <br /> 3.
