Sidewalks:A concrete sidewalk at least 3 feet 6 <br /> inches wide shall be built and maintained by the <br /> owner or operator providing access to all mobile <br /> home sites,recreational areas,common use buildings, <br /> storage areas,and the primary abutting public street. <br /> c. Lighting:Artificial lights shall be maintained <br /> during all hours of darkness in all buildings <br /> provided for common facilities of occupants'use. <br /> The manufactured home park grounds,street and <br /> pedestrian areas shall be lighted from sunset to <br /> sunrise in accordance with a lighting plan approved <br /> by the Community Development Department. <br /> d. Recreation Areas:All manufactured home parks <br /> shall have one or more recreational areas which shall <br /> be easily accessible to all park residents.Recreational <br /> areas shall be so located so as to be free of traffic <br /> hazards and should,where the topography permits, <br /> be centrally located.The size of such recreational area <br /> shall be a minimum of 10%of the land area of the <br /> manufactured home park.All equipment installed <br />
