<br />Extract of I.unutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />July 28, 1980 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July 28, 1980, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Counci lmen <br />Anderson, Kehr, Curley and Franke <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed <br /> <br />1980 assessment rolls prepared by him with the assistance of <br />the City Public Works Director as directed by the Council on <br />July 14, 1980, and reported that the assessment rolls are now <br />on file in his office and open to public inspection. <br />Councilman Anderson then introduced the following reso- <br /> <br />lution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENT ROLLS AND PROVIDING FOR HEARINGS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville <br />that the proposed 1980 assessment rolls now on file and open <br />to public inspection in the office of the City Manager are <br />approved, and the r'~nager is directed to publish and mail <br />notices that the Council will meet to consider the proposed <br />assessments on August 25, 1980, at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in the City of Roseville, at 7:00 o'clock p.m., <br />which assessment hearings will be held on the following improve- <br />ments: <br /> <br />P-77-3 <br />P-78-7 <br />P-78-9 <br />P-78-l2 <br />P-78-lS <br />SS-P-7B-17 <br />ST-P-78-30 <br />SS-W-P-78-3l <br /> <br />M-79-l <br />SS-79-8 <br />P-79-l9 <br />SS-W-79-20 <br />SS-trJ-79-22 <br />Combined SS-W-ST-P-78-29 <br />and ST-SW-79-4 <br />
