<br />Each notice shall state the date, time and place of the <br />meeting, the general nature of each of the improvements, the <br />areas proposed to be assessed, the total cost of the improve- <br />ments, that the proposed assessment rolls are on file with the <br />Manager, and that written or oral objections thereto by any <br />property owner will be considered. The notices shall be pub- <br />lished in the official newspaper of the City at least once, and <br />shall be mailed to the owners of each parcel described in the <br />assessment rolls, not less than two weeks prior to the date of <br />said meeting. For the purpose of such mailed notices, owners <br />of said parcels shall be those shown as such on the records of <br />the County Treasurer. Every property owner whose name does not <br />appear on such records (other than owners of property which is <br />tax exempt or is taxed on a gross earnings basis) shall be <br />deemed to have waived such mailed notice unless he has <br />requested in writing that the County Treasurer include his <br />name on the records for this purpose. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Kehr <br /> <br />, and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the follo\'ling voted in favor thereof: All present <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
