<br />-2- <br /> <br />(1) Paragraph 1 of Resolution No. 6472, dated March 28, 1977, is <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1. The following assessment policies will be followed in the <br />upgrading of temporary public roadways (not meeting standards <br />set forth in City Code) under the City's jurisdiction, to <br />permanent asphaltic concrete roadways with concrete curb and <br />gutters. <br /> <br />(a) When considering a petition for upgrading of a temporary <br />frontage roadway the City will determine whether any <br />connecting sidelot roadways will be upgraded in combination <br />with the frontage roadway.
