Consider Items Removed from Consent <br /> a. Accept a $300,000 Livable Housing Incentives Account Grant for Sienna <br /> Green II and enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with AEON re- <br /> garding the use of the Grant(former Consent Item 7.h) <br /> At the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Malinen briefly reviewed this request <br /> as detailed in the Request for Council Action (RCA) dated March 21, 2011. <br /> Mayor Roe noted language in the supporting documents stating that a local match <br /> of 100% was required, and clarified that the funds would be utilized from Tax In- <br /> crement Financing(TIF) funds for the site. <br /> Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon advised that he was not <br /> aware of any local match required as part of this grant, and that there should be no <br /> additional dollars as part of its receipt; but that some TIF assistance had been <br /> created for Phase I of the project, and not fully vetted yet, and would be coming <br /> before the City Council again in the future. <br /> I � <br />
