<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br /> <br />Drive, in said City, on Monday, the 8th day of September, 1980, <br /> <br />at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Counci lmen <br />Curley, Franke, Kehr and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />AndE'rc;on <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7019 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO.3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improve- <br /> <br />ment No.3 as adopted October 7, 1961, was filed and certified <br /> <br />to the County Auditor of Ramsey County for the purpose of <br /> <br />including installments thereof to be collected along with real <br /> <br />estate taxes commencing in 1962, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a particular error, omission, and inequity has <br /> <br />become evident in the aforedescribed assessment roll, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the affected property owner agrees to a correction <br /> <br />of the assessment roll, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />
