<br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby amend <br /> <br />the original assessment as contained in the aforedescribed assess- <br /> <br />ment roll, as follows: <br /> <br />Description of Property <br />(Parcel Number) <br /> <br />Change Made <br />Original As Revised <br />Assessment By Council <br /> <br />79-00500-290-75 <br /> <br />0.00 <br /> <br />$1,929.73 <br /> <br />It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the <br /> <br />foregoing amendment is just and equitable to said assessment roll <br /> <br />for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.3, and necessary to correct <br /> <br />said error, omission, and inequity. <br /> <br />The assessment is hereby adopted and confirmed as the proper <br /> <br />special assessment for said parcel of land, and the assessment <br /> <br />against such parcel, together with interest at the rate of 5% per <br /> <br />annum accruing on the full amount thereof from time to time unpaid, <br /> <br />shall be a lien concurrent with general taxes upon such parcel. <br /> <br />The total amount of the assessment shall be payable in one (1) <br /> <br />installment, together with interest on the entire assessment from <br /> <br />the date hereof to December 31, 1981, to be payable with general <br /> <br />taxes for the year 1980, collectible in 1981. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Kehr <br /> <br />, and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
