If <br />wants shift, the parks department adjusts allocation fairly. <br />Brokke refuted the claim that fields are in disrepair. If a field is deemed unsafe, it is repaired or <br />taken out of use. He acknowledged that some equipment is out of date and the city has financial <br />pressures preventing repairs. <br />The Commission took the report under advisement and asked that parties keep the PIRC abreast of <br />activities. <br />6. Public Comment <br />No one appeared to comment. <br />7. Future Agenda Items <br />Commissioner McKenzie asked for a volunteer to attend the St. Paul Duman Rights Commission <br />March 15 meeting to talk about Roseville's efforts to set up a forum for welcoming for immigrants <br />to the community. Commissioner Kennedy volunteered to attend and agreed to report back to the <br />PIRC. <br />Commissioner Kennedy asked Commissioner Barrett to work with the high school to get someone <br />to come to the next meeting to talk about the various youth groups. <br />8. Announcements <br />Chair Singleton said that this was the last meeting for Commissioner Jaeger and Vice -Chair Oftelie. <br />He thanked them for their years of work on the Commission. Commissioners Jaeger and Oftelie <br />commented on how much they enjoyed being involved in the commission and expressed pride on <br />the progress the commission has made in recent years. All commissioners extended appreciation to <br />Commissioner Jaeger and Vice -Chair Oftelie. <br />9. Adjournment <br />Commissioner Yates moved and Commissioner Oftelie seconded motion to adjourn. Motion <br />prevailed. <br />
