<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on r-londay, the 13th day <br />of October, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Anderson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7046 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ANARDING BID FOR <br />IMPROVEMENTS M-79-9 AND M-80-l5 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above <br /> <br />improvements, according to the plans and specifications there- <br /> <br />of on file in the office of the ~mnager of said City, said bids <br /> <br />were received on OCtober 7, 1980, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., opened <br /> <br />and tabulated according to law and the following bids were <br /> <br />received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount <br />Project 79-9 Project 80-15 <br /> <br />Bituminous Consulting & Contracting <br />Company, Inc. <br />Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. <br />N.
