<br />tfflEREAS, it appears that Bituminous Consulting & Con- <br />tracting Company, Inc. of Minneapolis, Minnesota, is the lowest <br />responsible bidder at the tabulated price of $55,987.85. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into a contract with Bituminous Consulting & <br />Contracting Company, Inc. for $55,987.85 in the name of the <br />City of Roseville for the above improvements according to the <br />plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the <br />City Council and on file in the office of the City Manager. <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br />to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their <br />bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next <br />lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been <br />signed. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Franke, and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; and <br />the following voted against: None; whereupon said resolution <br />was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
