<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council of <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: October 13, 1980 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City council <br />of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall <br />on Monday, the 13th day of October, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced the fOllowing resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7050 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-80-l7 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted July 14, 1980, the Council has <br />directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including <br />all that property on Griggs Street from Woodhill, north to <br />County Road C-2, and all that property on Judirh Avenue from <br />Fernwood Street easterly to a point 135 feet east of Griggs <br />Street by the installation of bituminous surfacing, concrete <br />curb and gutter, drainage, and necessary appurtenances. The <br />Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report <br />the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether <br />such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost <br />estimate have been sUbmitted and considered by the Council and <br />are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the <br />office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be <br />made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated <br />as Improvement No. P-80-l7. <br />
