1 <br />2 VI. Assignment. This Agreement shall not be assigned, sublet, or transferred without the <br />3 written consent of the GLWMO. <br />4 <br />5 VII. Conflict of Interest. The Consultant agrees to immediately inform, by written notice, the <br />6 GLWMO Chair or designee of possible contractual conflicts of interest in representing <br />7 the GLWMO, as well as property owners or developers on the same project. Conflicts of <br />8 interest may be grounds for termination of this Agreement. <br />9 <br />10 VIII. Ownership of Work. Should the GLWMO elect to terminate this Agreement under <br />11 Section II hereof, Consultant shall promptly provide all work product to the GLWMO for <br />12 which payment has been made and the GLWMO shall be entitled to utilize the work in <br />13 any manner determined by the GLWMO to be in its best interests. <br />14 <br />15 IX. Notices. All notices to be given hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed given <br />16 on the earlier of receipt or three (3) business days after deposit in the United States mail, <br />17 postage prepaid, addressed to: <br />18 <br />19 A.
